That's not exactly true, ever since Barber has been here our initial away allocations are a lot less than they used to be. Watford and Forest away last season are clear examples. Wednesday had the whole stand as they were offered and accepted it, we would have been offered it and turned it down as we have to pay upfront for it.

QPR away has sold out the last couple of times we've been, both upper & the poor lower. If we turned down both tiers when we have 15k more going to home games this is a disgrace

Last time I went there the met even gave us our own tube train which was nice. That was a good day out everyone was drinking in Hammersmith Broadway if I remember.

Yes this is correct, I don't remember the name of the pub but the OB put all the Albion fans drinking in Hammersmith in one pub and surrounded it, then we were escorted to the tube station searched then given our own train as you have said, we then had a police escort to Loftus Road.

Agree with the tight ground bit, but it's a rubbish stadium and area.

Area has come up quite a bit over the last few years.... Big impressive Westfield there as well now. Pretty grim still right next to the ground council estate central.

It does seem a shame that the club didn't request the full 3,000. We won't get many games this year where we could reasonably expect to sell 3,000 but this is definitely one of them.

The club are " in negotiation" about further tickets according to ticket office who i just spoke to but he couldn't guarantee anything. As other users have pointed out this is QPR's decision not ours. Also they tipped me off that some restricted view tickets are going on sale this afternoon.

You are right, but I suspect if we'd asked for the full 3,000, we'd have been given them. Of course, I imagine anything beyond the first 1800 or so were NOT sale or return, and that is the real issue in these FFP times.

I wonder whether we might get half the lower tier? Mind you, I'm not sure QPR have ever split that stand, so probably not.

I hope more get released, I live about a mile from Loftus Road so this is pretty much the easiest game for me to attend all year! Unless I don't get a ticket, obviously.
