Just so we, and the club, can see how bad the service/quality is for the price. It may be what the club needs to make the necessary changes to rebuild the confidence of the fans. For it to be valid, it should probably be done multiple times. Delays in orders, poor service, wrong food/drinks...all of this equals less dosh in the till.

Just saying, like.

I think a well thought out survey emailed to all 1901 members would be a more practical solution.

Maybe 1901 NSCers could give a helping hand by suggesting some questions that should be asked. Such as how often did you eat the sit down meal last year, how many meals do you expect to take this season, under the new prices. Etc etc

As suggested by Dragonred I believe - Would you buy a pre poured beer at half time rather than spend so long in the queue?
