Round of 16 VI

Monster Munch Beef

The Beef Munch monstered Group F, winning with over 35% of the vote. No contest here.

Walkers Prawn Cocktail
walkers-prawn-cocktail-crisps.gif

Joint worst-performing qualifier, with 15.46% of Group G's total. Prawn Cocktail may no longer be fashionable but there's little argument that Walkers do the nicest version of it. Could write paragraphs in its favour, but it'd still get battered here so I shan't bother.

For me, the Monster Munch are a little taste of childhood - they get my vote. For a cocktail crisp, I'll take Skips thank you very much.

Just realised a strange co-incidence. I had beef monster munch with my lunch yesterday and prawn cocktail walkers today chosen at random from a selection at work. How odd they should be paired up here............perhaps I should buy a lottery ticket!

Unbelievably, with less than forty-five minutes on the clock, we have level pegging.
Someone separate the tie?

Please...I have no contingency for a tie!

Both go through.. Into the same q-final.

I think it cheapens it a little to have three options in one tie. Had no choice for this round, but it'd be nice to get some clear-cut victories.
Beef now leads by one anyway.

Tighter than it should have been, but the Beef Monster Munch take their rightful place in the final 8 :clap2:
