Round of 16

Mini Cheddars
Mini_Cheddars_Original.jpg
Reached this stage with a dominant victory in Group A, garnering 31.25% of the vote and knocking out three established snacks in the meantime. Will be hoping to brush off the label of 'not a crisp' to sweep past the McCoys.

McCoys Salt & Vinegar
mccoys-salt-malt-vinegar-crisps.jpg
Finished second to Walkers Cheese & Onion in Group B, managing 26.75% of the total.
Is the underdog in this round but could perhaps see a surge of votes from other McCoys supporters, after their own favourites beat the dust.

***World's Greatest Crisp 2013-Round of 16-Mini Cheddars v McCoys Salt & Vinega

Very close call for me, I've typed and deleted each crisp as so unsure.
However my heart will rule my head and Mini Cheds have to take the glory!

Both SHIT. McCoys purely for texture.

McCoys.

It also seems that i've given McCoys the lead.

I was going to vote Mini Cheddars, but then I remembered I'm not a small child. EASILY McCoys. Although I do think their best days are behind them. They really suffered when everyone wanted their food with less salt etc.

Mini cheddars would be better with a mini slice of cheese on - and this is a CRISP competition. Despite the variability of the texture, I've gone for what is the pre-eminent pub crisp. Good vinegar notes, bold saltiness.

If you've got a pint in one hand then the other hand should be delving into a packet of salt and vinegar McCoys. Mini chedders aren't even a crisp for gawd sake, they're a biscuit that has managed to infiltrate the competition.
