Question for new season ticket holders

I am an existing season ticket holder so will keep my current smart card. My son is getting his first season ticket for this season but despite the club saying they are being sent he hasn't received it yet.
Have any other newbies not received theirs yet?
Season is getting close!

Didnt the club say they had sent them to the mailing company in Burgess Hill to send out.

the club said we should be getting them 3 days before the Derby game (7th), so dont worry, i havn't recieved mine yet either.
