Always sad when a favourite glass breaks. I lost a Stella Artois one last year, sad times, had many a happy beer out of that and the replacement just doesn't feel right.

I have SIX Albion pint glasses. I wouldn't mind if any of them broke as they've all got the crappy old "shield" badge. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. :nono:

Can't you bung 'em in the dishwasher? That should scour off the hated symbol of the Archer era (yes yes I know). It worked with my Albion mug which is now just white.

One of them has indeed been the victim of regular dishwashing and is quite faded. Sadly, the others are as good as new.

I really shouldn't have packed you in land luggage for the flight home from the World Cup.

Last seen in customs in Belgium, where I got a connecting flight.
