Brighton & Hove Albion FC are delighted to announce that former lead club sponsor, BrightonandHoveJobs.com, have become the club's Official Recruitment Partner.BrightonandHoveJobs.com have been at the forefront of the club's recruitment programme since the move to the American Express Community Stadium in July 2010, and have signed a three-year agreement which will ensure they continue to assist the club in all areas of recruitment.
Albion Business Development Manager, Paul Rogers, said: "We are really pleased to be continuing to work with Gary Peters and the team at BrightonandHoveJobs.com. They were great partners to deal with regarding the shirt sponsorship and we are delighted their company profile has grown with their association with the Albion.
"We are looking forward to building our relationship further and we will be working closely with their team to engage our ever growing business and fan base."
The Hove-based company has gone from strength to strength since its launch in September 2010, and their work throughout the city was recently recognised at the Brighton and Hove Business Awards, winning the Greatest Contribution to the Community Award 2013. As part of the partnership with the club, Gary and his team will help assist the Albion's Academy in ensuring all players develop an alternate career path alongside their ultimate aim of becoming professional footballers. It will encourage those who do not make it as footballers to have a back-up plan and will provide a realistic scenario for those whose footballing careers may be cut short due to injury.

The project understands that most footballers have talents and skills other than football, with many possessing the ability to work at an intellectually, as well as technically, high level. There are of course a number of options for those leaving professional football, which the football club currently support including further and higher education, American University Scholarships, re-training and employment. Founder and managing director of BrightonandHoveJobs.com, Gary Peters, added: "Sponsoring the club was a success on every level and I am delighted that our association will continue to grow.
"As the club's Official Recruitment Partner we will ensure that the club has access to the best available local talent while also working with the Academy to ensure players are equipped for the real world of work! Regardless of whether they make the professional grade or not, most players will need to find non-football related employment at some point in their career so we'll be supporting the club in ensuring they are equipped to do so."
BrightonandHoveJobs.com success has seen them grow into the Gatwick and Crawley area where they have launched www.gatwickdiamondjobs.com and they will soon be launching two further sites for the west of the county www.coastalwestsussexjobs.com and east of the county www.1066jobs.com before heading up to London and the rest of the UK.
