he has ran the youth team at Barca - with little ins and outs e.g - no transfers.
he walked the Isreali league without spending much (figures anyone?).
he probably told Bloom he wants to be called Coach.....as that is what he is.

this man seems to be one who can get the best out of what he has got, it bodes really well, and makes a nice change from GP who moaned about transfer kitty all the time - even when he spent millions.
