I've come back home.
So where will your focus be today?

Will it be Chris Froome on the Tour up in the Alps?

Will it be up at Muirfield for The Open?

Or at the home of cricket and first innings fun between England and Australia?

I am gonna go with the Ashes, a glancing eye on the cycling and might scan the open at the end of the day.

I will have the Ashes on my screen and TMS on the radio all day long. However, early afternoon will see me turn off TMS, open up my browser on ITV.com for the second half of the Tour, whilst keeping half an eye on the cricket stream.

Early days in The Open. I only tend to get involved there after the cut.

Wayne Rooney's mental health.

Ashes, with half an eye on TdF. May casually look at golf leaderboard once or twice. Will also be watching the score at Hove, rolling my eyes.

All football writers in the UK should have just all gone on holiday for this week.

I'm going to be all over the ashes & open like a dog eating hot chips.

Bit of Ashes on the radio as I don't have Sky Sports. I love listening to cricket on the radio, can't be beat.
Then Le Tour on tv (wasn't yesterday brilliant, apart from the nutters lining the route)
I'll just be catching up with the golf on and off today, as it doesn't really get too exciting for me until the cut.
