How fast/far can you run?

Been getting into my running lately, despite the heat. Managed to pull off 1km in 4.30. Not bad for a novice I suppose. How about anyone else? Times, distance?

Isn't there a special thread for these running bores?

Without a link your reply is a bore in itself.

You really expect me to do your work for you. Go to searchbar, type running thread, there is about 200 pages of this shit.

About 10 yards - if that.

I was diagnosed with a pulminary embolism - blood clot on the lung - last week. I spent all last week in hospital being treated.

Oh dear. Very sorry to hear this. Get well soon big fella.

Did anyone do the 'Animal Run' thing at Drusillas?
There's a 15-20m running track which will take your max speed and show you which animal your speed compares to.
This was a good 10-15 years ago but I was as fast as an elephant apparently.

Used to be a couple of miles at a decent running speed - but roughly two years ago messed up my ankle at work , reckon I could do 500 yards but would pay for it the next day :(
