Looking through my programmes I noticed one that stood out above the others in size...it was Southend away...,Micky Adams first game of the new season...the 'Bring on the Champions' game.
The smallest was a little yellow booklet in the early 60s Rochdale away...the game was abandoned
Any bigger or smaller that you have ?

I really don't like the square shaped programmes a few clubs have. Forest last season for example.

I seem to remember that some clubs used to have a programme designed as a newspaper.

Both Derby and Notts Co did a newspaper as a programme in the mid to late 70's. There were a few clubs that had programmes the same size as the Rochdale one you mention, Bradford P.A. and Exeter definitely did that size in the 60's

The centenary programme against Bournemouth (I think) was massive!

Given up on buying them now though. The 50p rise to £3.50 was the straw that broke the camels back.
