Going there tonight for dinner.
Wondering if anyone recommends anything in particular as I'm thinking of trying something different to
Crispy Shredded Chili Beef.

Quality venue, best in town...run by the four sons of the legendary Cheungs, just up from the Clock Tower. They all have that surname & all have Gar as their first name with the middle name to differentiate...& nicknames such as Porky to boot

Best Chinese in Brighton, so therefore it is worth every penny.

Nice lad Porky, unfortunately always tops up your drinks and isn't afraid to charge you for it
