Looks great - But Bricks and Mortar, and nice pitches are all very well.

It's having hungry, deprived kids that you need. Kids who see football as a way out of a crap life. And good coaches (and even better coaches to coach the coaches.)

Imagine, just for one second, that the Albion academy could produce a striker worthy of the name, rather than one who will bob around the lower divisions for a couple of seasons and then descend, irretrievably, into non-league.

It's the stuff of dreams.
