Registering on the ticket website

I've just signed my son up for the Junior Seagulls Plus membership, and have been given a FAN number for him. However, when I go onto the 'Join' button on the ticket website, it says his details are already registered on the database? Am I doing something wrong here? The 'Join' bit seems to be for totally new users - how do I simply get him a logon so that I can add him under the Friends & Family option?

His fan number is his login, did you have to type a password when setting up his Junior Seagull Plus membership? If not use the forgotten password option for your sons fan number and this will email a new password to the email address you used when setting up his membership.

Cheers. I did try that, but I clicked the 'forgot password' link over an hour ago, and nothing has come through yet.

Try using your postcode as the password
