Me,

1. went for a nice cycle along the sea front

2. then had some fried (in coconut oil) salmon, with organic veggies (including asparagus and french beans from my garden). All washed down with a glass of Cloudy Bay (which, astonishingly, is now available at Tescos).

Its been a good day
