I have for a few months now been having pains in my shoulder. I found a little lump on my shoulder just to the right of my spine. This I have been informed is a knot. I found this

I really can not recommend this highly enough. I just use one tennis ball in a sock a rub up and down against a wall, like Baloo in jungle book. I have removed the knot in 5 days and my whole neck feels better. Today I have been throwing stones in sea, something I have not been able to do without pain for ages. If this helps one person as much as it as helped me I will be glad.
I don't know how to do a posh linky thing so if you are have back pain you will have to cut and paste it.
