Gus Poyet was sacked by Albion ten days ago
Albion have confirmed their procedures involving sacked boss Gus Poyet are still going on.
But they have declined to reveal whether the manager has yet appealed against his dismissal.
Poyet’s contract was terminated ten days ago after a disciplinary hearing.
He immediately vowed to fight on.
A club spokesman last night told The Argus: “We’re following an internal process.”
Meanwhile, first team coach Charlie Oatway remains under suspension.
