Hi all,
I am organising a Charity Race night to pay for a coach to take my Scouts on their annual summer camp. We try to cover the cost of transport so that we can keep the cost of camp under £200.We have charged £160 and this gets them accomodation, food, day out and all activities. these will include: rifle shooting, archery, rock climbing, abseiling, rafting, kayaking, pedal cars, hiking. Day out is at a dry ski slope where they will have 6 hours of ski, snowboard and tubing tuition
Im looking for anyone with a business that would like to advertise in my race programme. I have 4 A5 pages available and the cost is £30. i also have entire race night sponsership available for a minimum of £100.
The cost of the coach is £720 and with horse names and race names that i have already sold im over £200 already. The majority of the money is made on the night but all help would be most greatfully recieved.
