I for one am pretty excited at the possibility of OG's emphasis on youth squad development. What with English football's obsession with importing already established players (at high price tags) let's hope our new backroom team can unearth some homegrown gems and build sustainably for the future...

He was there from 2010-12 and in that time, although it’s too early to tell, two good looking prospects have graduated to the Barcelona B team, and even more recently been involved in their first team: Marc Bartra and Martin Montoya, both 22."
