1) Backup keeper , although not sure who i'd get rid of , and at least 1 Fullback , 1 Centre back , 1 Centre mid , 1 Winger and a backup striker.
2) Harley , Possibly see about Crofty and Greer and one of Brez/Casper.

Giving Bridcutt the captaincy would be a bad idea in my opinion, he's young, he's class, he doesn't need added pressure.

1) Who would you want in?
A GK (To give Kuszczak competion)
A LB (Shorey and another so we have two LB's for the season)
A CB (to fight with Dunk, El-Abd and Greer for the two spots
1/2 CM's (As cover/to replace Spanish Dave)
another winger (GD from Barcelona B would be amazing but we are need with another winger maybe even two so we can have pace during the whole game)
1/2 Strikers (Even with CMS and Hoskins coming back from injury i still think we will need at least another striker)

2) Who are you willing to show the door?
Ankergren/Brezovan - both have been good servants for the club but think its time to let one them go
Rohan Ince out on loan to gain some experience, same with most the DS
Harley (if we bring in a couple more CM's then Harley wont be needed)

3) Who are you willing to give a chance?
Dunk (He was good for us in the first season back in the Championship and would like to see him given another chance this season)
JFC (Always thought he would be in the side and i think this season could be his time to shine)
Maksimenko (sp?) (If we only able to bring in one LB during the window then i would like to see him be given a chance with some games)
Asmundsson (Same reason as with Maksimeko apart from obv in the midfield positions)

4) Who will be your captain?
Greer (if he is kept on by OG)
Bridcutt (if it gets taken off of Greer)
