They won a hat-trick of awards last year.
They know their stuff:

For the competition the chefs had to prepare a two course menu, creating a starter plate of John Dory comprising a pan seared fillet, cheek wrapped in string potato, samphire mousse centred with capers, black garlic ash, cylinder of crispy skin, cauliflower and cumin puree and langoustine bisque.

For main course the chefs presented “A forest floor of foragers’ delight” featuring saddle of venison with black truffle farce rolled in a pistachio and granola crumb, dehydrated blackberry dust, morrelles, chanterelles, asparagus tips, parsnip and chestnut puree, herb gnocchi and Madeira sauce.

I've come back home.
They have ruined every military camp they have the contract for. Awful food, rubbish training, totally appalling management. Dreadfull. When i read the OP my heart sank. Big contract, money stealing w*&kers. Only saving grace is that they sponsor the Army Rugby Team.

Worst. Company. Ever.

Slighty o/t here, but I don't understand the big deal about supplying the away fans with a beer from their locality.

For example, if I went up to Nottingham, I'd be after a beer local to there. The last thing I'd be looking for is a pint of Harveys.
