Personally I always have a Sony (currently Xperia Z). Much better than iPhones in most areas, however is always down to CHOICE

What are those phones that people are holding to their ears like giant iPhones/iPad mini's? They are all the fashion arent they? One of those with a set of giant Dr Dre beat thingy ear phones/ear muffs to go with it! Sorted

Just got an iphone 4 for the missus, 300 mins, 300 texts and 500mb data per month - £17 with o2, with redemption it comes down to £14 per month. Free phone
I have a Lumia 920 and its great, the 520 is a bit basic and has no flash for the camera.
A guy at work recently got a Lumia 820 which is very good, same deal as the iphone, but with redemption it goes down to £11.50 per month, again free phone

The new Galaxy S4 has been released so you'll get a good deal on an S3. Very good phone, brilliant size and battery life is good too.

Just been through the upgrade cycle for son number 2. He has gone from an HTC Wildfire S to a Desire X. He is more than happy with the battery life and games he can play on it (his two top criteria), plus upgrading from one android phone to another is an absolute doddle. Connect to Wifi, login to google account, synch contacts, boom everything is there, only bigger faster and better.

So what is the big deal ? This is on a contract bundle for a tenner a month. Smart phones are really that simple. To finish a nice bumper case in a choice of colours for around 3 quid and a half decent set of headphones, what more do you need really ?
