If he hasn't memorised the lot, he's so fired.
360 pages of it will be a copy of the company handbook. I very much doubt he'll bother with the sections on maternity leave, company car policy, smoking policy or leave entitlements.

I can just imagine Gus getting a few pages into the 500 page bundle and saying 'Eeees complicated..................' and chucking it at his lawyer to sort out.
If part of the evidence relates to various of his public comments then at least he'll be able to watch them on DVD, these will be part of the bundle. Maybe it will dawn on him at that point that the Club may have a point...?
