Albion start the season on familiar ground for suspended boss Gus Poyet
* Albion will kick-off their Championship campaign with a tough trip to Gus Poyet's former club Leeds United.

* The Seagulls visit Elland Road on Saturday August 3 - but Poyet is not expected to be in charge.

* The suspended manager faces a disciplinary hearing tomorrow into alleged breaches of contract and a parting from the club seems inevitable.

Poyet used to be assistant manager at Elland Road. Former Reading chief Brian McDermott took charge of the Yorkshire giants towards the end of last season.

* The first home league opponents for Poyet's successor are Derby County on August 10. That follows Newport County's Capital One Cup visit to The Amex on August 6.
* Four of the Seagulls' first six matches are at The Amex, including Burnley and Millwall.

* They have a hard September, launched by consecutive away games at relegated Reading and QPR.

* October and November include visits to the promoted clubs Yeovil, Doncaster and South Coast rivals Bournemouth.

* The Seagulls host Bournemouth in the return on New Year's Day after away games at Charlton on Boxing Day and Blackpool three days later.

* February starts away to beaten play-off finalists Watford, while Reading and QPR are at The Amex in the space of three days in March, together with Ipswich and Middlesbrough.

* The final home game is against Yeovil on April 26 and Albion finish at Nottingham Forest on May 3.
