The World Cup test event starts in Brazil tomorrow. Or more correctly, the FIFA CONFEDERATIONS CUP.

Should be good. All the world's TOP nations are there - Brazil, Italy, Spain, Uruguay, Mexico, Japan, Nigeria, and umm, Tahiti...

A few good games to look forward to though, on the BBC. Spain v Uruguay on Sunday worth a watch.

I've backed Japan e/w at 50/1. Seems value. Not too tempted ny Tahiti, even at the 5000/1 on offer, although they are 30/1 to shock Nigeria in the group game.

Italy at 7/1 look reasonable value, too. Brazil and Spain joint 6/4 favourites.

I hope the club move his disciplinary hearing so that it clashes with his obligations to the BBC.

"Gus, Hi. It's Rachel from human resources. I've a message from Mr Barber for you. Your disciplinary hearing has been re-scheduled for 8pm on Sunday"

The first half of the opening game, Brazil v Japan, has been a decent game. Good tempo, relatively open for both teams and a stunning volley from Neymar in the third minute

The Japanese no.4 has a good engine.

Do these analysts know what a goal scoring opportunity is?
