The wife and I were discussing the other day about what we had in common with each other.............absolutely nothing! Anyone take their wife up to level 15 at the Gatwick multi storey to spot planes or wear matching bobble hats?

Just interested.

We don't have a lot in common when it comes to simple things like films, musical taste or tv, (and she hates football), but we have a lot in common when it comes to socialising, politics, morals, beliefs etc

I have just got home from the pub, so I am probably bias, we have a blind upstairs which is not working properly.
I say to the Mrs, 'I will wind it up on the roller and not to use the bottom roller as the main roller, that way it won't get unstuck and be a right bitch to repair'. wife says, 'ok'. Then everyday this week I come home to find that it has been wound up on the bottom roller and the main adhesion to the top roller is coming away making it a real possibility to come right off and as I said before be 'a right bitch' to fix. I say, 'Do you remember the conversation we had about this situation where I said to leave it and it won't be a bitch to fix'. Well f**k me I come home again and the blind has been rolled up again from the bottom roller.
Do I put this down to her age or do I think what the f**k.
What do I have to do to get through, I am thinking of writing a big message on the blind expressing the situation, but I still think that this will not work.
Hell, I'm going to take the thing off and then there will be no temptation to roll the f**king thing up.
As a result of her actions the blind has come away from the top roller by at least 50%.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't wait till the new season.

I used Not Mrs Andy Naylor's love of a bargain to trick into entering the Amex for the first time on Saturday, and after she'd indulged her habit by buying some Concourse Sale tat, I tempted her out into the East Stand Upper seats.

I don't know what I expected, maybe something along the lines of: 'This looks nice, maybe I come along to a game with you some time.' But suffice it to say that the Earth didn't move. BHAFC remains my solitary vice.

Not sure if I can trust a woman that likes steam railways, or a man come to think of it. I find it hard to make a connection.

Mine

We both support the Albion, she even was even brave enough to come along to the famous 1-0 at Selhurst a few years back.
We both love Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Punk, Ska, Indie, Country although I am not keen on Michigan rock ie Kid rock and Bob Segar.
We both love hot n spicy food be it Indian, Thai, Mexican, real ale, wine and Gin & Tonics, Rum Plus Cocktails.
We both love to not cook and prefer to order out or make a sandwich.
We both hate Sci- Fi and love Crime or Gangsta movies.
We both hate watching soaps, real life fly on the wall shit, or any talent shows be it on ice, on a stage or in a jungle or dumped in a poxy house.
We both never talk about work, its bad enough we have to work in the first place.

She loves to talk and I love to ignore everything she says unless im intrested.

She even gave me a days instruction how to drive steam trains for my 40th, and she came a long to watch!
