Who did Andy Rollings sign with some of us reckon two players signed together not Lawrenson and Williams
What non league player did we pay £100,000 for

Anfdy Rollings signed at the same time as Steve Govier from Norwich.

The 100k non league player was Nicky Blisset a centre back when at The Goldstone who could head the ball further than most could kcik it.

Thanks lads Govier we got but were arguing over Codner just couldn't remember we are pissed and well into the night

I think Andy Rollings and Graham Winstanley were pretty much exactly the same era. Both around 74-80.

Yes, Winstanley and Rollings were definitely the same era. Winstanley had helped Carlisle to the top flight but didn't get to play for them in that division. He joined Albion on loan in October 1974, eventually helping the club to promotion in 1979. Again, he did not experience top flight football with the club. Rollings did play in Division One, eventually, after signing for the club with Steve Govier in April 1974 from Norwich. He lasted with the club until summer 1980, by which time his place had long been taken over by Steve Foster.

having checked it out I would agree that Rollings and Winstanley were both here at the same time, memory is playing games on me.
