Experienced manager required?

I'm all for getting another up and coming manager (a bit like Gus) but is a more experienced manager in this division required? Palace surely had the weakest squad out of all those who finished in the top 6 (especially without Murray) yet Holloway did it and Bruce got a fairly average Hull team promoted. Just a thought.

Worthing
The current idea amongst managerial choices seems to be get someone in to get them up then get someone else in to keep them up.

Holloway is probably nervous already!

They will all come back down. I promise you. Cardiff, Hull and Palace will all be relegated.

Experience, shexperience! We need a fresh approach, and this calls for someone who has been unsullied by the world of football management experience. The cheerful Oriental programme seller in the West Stand concourse gets my vote.
