Fairly sure it was also in the press that Fulham have a pretty small transfer kitty this season - Buckley would take a chunk out of that and TB (as we dont currently have a manager to make decisions) wouldnt sell for a low amount.

I would agree with that. Buckley has been out of sorts for a while now. Too inconsistant and prone to the hamstring troubles
At a minimum I'd put Ulloa and Kooshack ahead of him

Buckley had a poor second half of the season, no doubt. But he is a young player who needs an arm around the shoulder and thrives on confidence.A new man could well see a different player. I say keep hold of him, unless it's a serious £3.5m+ offer.
