Early morning fish stall

I remember reading somewhere that one of the harbours near Brighton had a stall where one could buy fresh fish early morning. I can't remember whether it was Newhaven or Shoreham though - can anyone throw any light on this? Google doesn't seem to help

There is a couple in Worthing,one just East of the pier.

Monteum open pretty early on the coast road on the East side of Shoreham, or if you're even earlier try Brighton and Newhaven Fish Sales in front of Fatboy's house. If you prefer Newhaven just go along the West Quay.

The one in Aldringon Basin seems to be open quite early but whenever I have been down there the area is overtaken by French lorries presumably taking the catch over to France.
