I'm really only guessing but could it have something to do with time differences and maybe time delays etc? as I say its nothing more than a guess??

But that works to their advantage, as I can't place bets on the gee gees close to race times so have to rely on preset odds and have to keep my fingers crossed when a non runner situation occurs.
