Go slightly south east of the Med and you find Lebanon. The Lebanese restaurant Kamibis near Waitrose is well worth a visit.

I'd argue that they're two of the worst in Brighton and there are a lot of crap ones!

I'd personally go to casa Don Carlos for Spanish or Jamie's for Italian.

Si Signore, absolutely brilliant food and great value too. Can also take your own wine if you wish although they do serve there too.
