at home
I contacted a senior staff member last week as a young lad at our school is very poorly in hospital and he is an absolute albion nut. If we have fancy dress days or mufti days, he always wears a full kit to school.

Anyway, I received a mail straight back which had been forwarded to the right people.

Today we received at home a set of albion gear, water bottle, t shirt pen badge etc etc and a get well soon card from the albion.

Hopefully that will be get to his parents tonight or certainly tomorrow.

With all the negativity at the moment, this is a heart warming story and I can't thank the club enough. It is a fabulous gesture.

Nice one

Lovely.

Back when I started taking my kids to Withdean in 2005 you used to nod to each other on matchday in Brighton if you had an Albion scarf/top/hat... there were so few of us. And at my kid's school there were maybe half a dozen Brighton fans. Now most kids in footie tops that you see are Brighton and most of my youngest son's class are Brighton fans. The club are doing a great job in reclaiming the lost generations.

Great to hear that - hope he gets well soon. Good to be reminded of the excellent stuff the club so often does.

Years ago a friend was doing a fundraising night for the martlets and I contacted the club for some prizes for the raffle and they sent me 2 shirts and a football all signed by the squad and thanks to the club we raised a lot more money than we would have

I had this last year, my son was going in to Great Ormond Street for operation, he was really nervous about. The club were great and sent him full set of signed Match Atax cards.
