Fixtures for the 2013/14 Championship season will be announced at 9am on Wednesday 19th June



The Football League has also announced that the first round of the 2013/14 Capital One Cup will be announced at 9.30am on Monday 17th June

Any chance we could be out of the Capital One Cup before the season starts, like we were last season? Great start...

Ridiculous early start of Aug 3rd this coming season, suspect many people will miss the first two/three games through being on holiday

Capital One Cup is seeded and regional so we'll get a league 1 or 2 southern team.

Hope we get lower league Portsmouth at the AMEX.

This, so it also means we SHOULD finish at home.

I'm all for an early start, it's 1 less midweek game effectively.

Would very much prefer to play Blackpool away early in the season due to their pitch being like a ploughed field.
At least if it's nice and early on, the groundsman would have made some sort of effort to get into reasonable condition for the new season.

I doubt it , is it true they crane in a seaside tram to create the furrows all over the pitch ?
