The Football League has announced that the first round of the 2013/14 Capital One Cup will be announced at 9.30am on Monday 17th June.
Albion will be among the 70 Football League clubs in the hat for round one draw and their opponents will be announced on seagulls.co.uk and via Facebook and Twitter.
The draw will be seeded based on last season’s league tables, and also regionalised; relegated Reading will receive a bye through to round two and Wigan Athletic will receive a bye through to round three.
The Capital Cup round two draw will include the 35 round one winners, Reading and the 14 non-European participating Premier League clubs.
The Capital One round three draw will include the 25 round two winners, Wigan Athletic and the six Premier League clubs competing in Europe.
Meanwhile, the fixtures for the 2013/14 Championship season will be announced at 9am on Wednesday 19th June.
