Here's a good 2+2=5. Oscar Garcia, Spanish - a former coach of Barcelona 'B' and the man who just led Maccabi Tel Aviv to their first league title in ten years - has resigned for personal reasons. Could do a job?

Well, I'm bouncing this. The first mention of Oscar as a potential Albion target just as soon as he left Maccabi. Wish I'd lumped some money on it.
