Agreed. Seems a reasonable bet.

My only concern is whether he is a bit of a one club manager?

Not sure he'll be that keen to leave Bournemouth again just yet. Needs to show at least one more year there of loyalty.

Unless....

He fees that's a one way ticket back to league 1 ???

Same, he knows Bournemouth inside out, didn't do too bad at Burnley but whether he'd be any better here is a bit of a risk IMO.

Didn't do ANYTHING at Burnley with some excellent players and money from the Prem, a good appointment if we're happy to stay in the Championship though.

Decent enough young manager but can't see him getting players of the calibre of Lopez / Bruno / Orlandi etc to come and play for him.

Totally unreliable. He was interviewed at Bournemouth when Burnley came in, he reassured the Cherry fans that he wasn't going to leave, and promptly left the next morning.
I'm surprised they took him back.

Howe is back with bournemouth (home town?) where he played and managed. He had a taste of being away and it didn't work out. Don't think he'll try again for a while.

Walked when he could have taken Bournmouth up a few years ago-no thanks
