The odds of winning are ridiculous, something like 1 in 175 million, but our office syndicate always buys 500 tickets when the jackpot is over $500M. Any other seagulls in the States having a flutter?

Was planning on getting some on the way home tonight but one machine was out of order and the other had a line of about 50 people. Will find somewhere tomorrow though; just in case...

I think the $600M is a bit misleading - if you take into account the cash option and the cut for the IRS it's only worth about $375M, not that I'd complain if I won
