What exactly are they for?
Is it to stop someone who veers off the road?
Last night heading to the Amex, by the Coldean Lane turnoff, some dick in a black range rover suddenly decided to go from the outside lane up teh slip road to Coldean Lane and threw up a shower of these things, one of which cracked my windscreen and I have to have it replaced now.
£70 later!!!
