Crikey. So it now looks as if the top 3 in the prem this season will all be starting with a new manager next season!

Its not surprising in the modern game... but to the fans this must be a ridiculous decision. Wins the league last season, finishes 2nd this season, and gets sacked!! Do they expect a new manager to come in and win it every season.

The way Man City and Chelsea are run is everything that is wrong with football. If you can't win the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup all in one season, you sack the manager and just buy another one. If they had to run their clubs properly and balance their books both these teams would be at the other end of the football leagues, along with other clubs in the Premier league.

It's a once-in-three-years chance to get the Special One in. And I dare say being snubbed by United would make it even sweeter for him if he were to win the title with City next year

to be fair, Mancini has not performed to level he should with the wealth of talent available to him. he has the strongest squad and best first 11 in the league, yet 13 points behind the winner and dumped out of europe early. should have been far more competitive.
