Put my back out this morning and spent last 3 hours on the floor. Have not long got to my feet and can just about walk. About to attempt the 2 hr drive down as I just can't miss this one so wish me luck.

The other bad news is the seat is last row of west stand upper so only about 4000 steps to climb!

rub olive oil and deep heat in, then place a hot water bottle on it. drive with the hot water bottle on the back pain.

get some quick accupuncture.

tape magnets on the pain too.

Painkillers man!!!!!!!

Paracetemol + codine, as big a dose as you can get oever the counter, then Ibulieve gel to target the back. That and what other's have said should cover every base. It won't do your back any good, but that's not the priority at this moment in time
