its a well known medical fact toothache and gum disease can be cured with alcohol and ibuprofen.

cavities and loose fillings can be bunged up with fruit pastilles.

Antibiotics first base. Then the injections and drilling when it has died down. Then more treatment. And then the bill. My last one was £200+ NHS. Extractions are cheaper. Saving the tooth is much better.

Get it yanked out if it is not easily fixed, it will be at the back so no one will see the gap.
It takes about 5mins to pull out, the hole will close up and the gap between teeth will reduce over time.
I've had a couple out, had no problems and saved a few quid.
The front ones I would understand about keeping but the back ones I'd just get rid.

Could be a wisdom tooth, Monkey. Best get it whipped out, some people have trouble with them. Mine just came out like ordinary teeth and I have experience in this area. Thanks to NHS dentistry being medieval when I was younger and no fluoride.
In the meantime Bonjela from your chemist is your friend.
