Bit late to be asking for info, but any info/hints would help ...

My first visit to a match at the Amex (explored the outside 18 months ago, when passing by).

Planning to make use of Racecourse P&R.

Have looked at Club website info, and peered at my ticket.

Seems that the ride is covered by the ticket itself - true/false?

Silent about the parking bit - covered by the ticket, or requires payment - true/false?

Does parking fill up quickly? Suggested time to aim for as latest sensible?

Thanks. Ticket just says free train/bus. Club website Home/Away info rather poor, needs re-writing

I'm an ancient Northern exile, a dozen plus "local" away Albion matches per season, a seagull not an eagle (but I don't do hatred).

I'd give it at least an hour, plenty of buses up there but with 35 bhp apiece they average about half a mile an hour up Falmer hill.

It's included in your ticket and would recommend getting there by 6.30 as then it will not take too long (10 - 15 minutes) for the bus to get to the Amex. After that it can take 20 or more to crawl down to the traffic lights at Village Way.
