Which clubs in the top two divisions have only ever had British managers?

West Brom? What about our rivals up the A23 who was their foreign manager if they have had one.

I think Palace had Thomas Brolin and some other foreign player as joint-manager when they were relegated from the top flight once.

Manchester United had Frank O'Farrell in the 70's. He was from Cork so actually outside the UK and thus not British.
