On average the cheapest season ticket this year has gone down by £10.92. Blackpool has offered the biggest discount, with the cheapest season ticket costing £195.30. The next cheapest season ticket is at Huddersfield Town, who are offering tickets from £199. Currently the most expensive ticket in the championship is at Leicester City, the top price ticket there cost £715.

Blackpool have launched there diamond discount scheme for this year’s season ticket campaign. Celebrating sixty years since the Stanley Matthews FA Cup final, Blackpool have made all adult season tickets £195.30 if customers purchase by 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] May, season tickets then revert to standard prices.

Bolton Wanderers
Bolton Wanderers have announced an increase on adult season tickets, with prices going up between £10 and £30. Bolton have balanced this off by extending the concessionary ticket offers. The under 21 age band has been increased to under 23. Bolton have also introduced an under 12 price category and a new family stand package

Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton and Hove Albion have announced a price increase of between 2% and 5% on all season tickets at the Amex Stadium next Season. The increase in season ticket cost is partly down to the club subsidising travel to the stadium, with supporters able to get free public transport from Brighton Town Centre to the Stadium with their season tickets.

Whilst Burnley have increased the price of their cheapest adult season ticket from £299 to £329, it has only effected one block in the stadium and a minimal amount of customers. Burnley has also reduced the price of 2500 seats in the Jimmy McIlroy lower from £365 to £329. Burnley have also introduced an under 22 age band and made all under 10 season tickets free of charge when purchased with a full paying adult.

Cardiff have continued with their price freeze offer for fans who purchased season tickets for the 2010/2011 season and have continued to renew. New purchasers and renewing fans who became season ticket holders after the 2010/2011 season are subject to price increases of up to 5%

Charlton have introduced an price increase on all season tickets, with adult season tickets increasing between £20 and £100 depending on where you sit in The Valley and when you purchase your ticket. Crystal Palace have frozen the price of all early bird renewals at Selhurst Park. New applicants will be subject to a small price increase in comparison to the new applicant price last season. Crystal Palace have introduced a new concession age band for supporters aged 18 to 21. Crystal Palace go on sale earlier than any other club in the championship, with early bird renewals going on sale in December.

They have opened the south stand, which currently host away fans, to Middlesbrough supporters and plan to relocate away fans.
