GARY Dicker says success in the Championship play-offs would be “life-changing” for Albion.
But the Irish midfielder insists the size of the financial prize is not on the players’ minds.
Winning the play-offs would be worth about £120 million to the Seagulls.
Long-serving Dicker said: “It’s life-changing for the club. To go up through the play-offs is a lot better money-wise.
“There’s a lot riding on it but we don’t worry about what it is worth. You want to win, just through being in football. “The money part comes after. It will only be the people upstairs worrying about that.
“You don’t hear people talking about money. There are a lot of players who have been here since the League One days, hungry players.
“The club has come on leaps and bounds and we’ve got a good core of players who have been here a long time.”

Sadly, it would probably be life changing for him as I doubt he would feature strongly in the Premiership. But I'm sure he'd get plenty of good offers.

It must be a bit strange for some players, aiming for the glory of promotion when deep down they must know - or at least be concerned about - that it could mean them losing their place in the team.
