Off the top of my head:

Radiohead - 'Street Spirit' from The Bends
Jeff Buckley - 'Dream Brother' from Grace
Mogwai - 'Mogwai Fear Satan' from Young Team
King Crimson - 'Starless' from Red
Fleetwood Mac - 'Gold Dust Woman' from Rumours
The Doors - 'The End' from The Doors
David Bowie - 'The Bewley Brothers' from Hunky Dory
Converge - 'Jane Doe' from Jane Doe

Brilliant and apt selection re The Doors

Raw Power on Electroglide in Blue by Apollo 440 takes some beating and I must mention the Funeral Mariachi album by Sun City Girls. It's dedicated to their drummer who died, took 2 years to make and every song on the album feels like a 'last song on the album' track. El Solo is the standout track but it's not the last one so I'm going for:

"I love you but you're boring" from the Welcome To The Beautiful South album. You'll have to make do with this pretty faithful cover as I can't find the real one on the web - and I've looked. Boy, have I looked.

This is sooooo good.
