I think the writer is clutching at straws.

Yes there is a hooligan issue as there is in nearly every country in the world but they are working to solve that. As for Bayern's dominance on the pitch and financially, in every league in the world there is one and occassionally two or three teams who are way ahead of everyone else. The 50% plus one/twenty year rule is a very good idea, if an owner has supported a team financially for that long then I don't have a problem with them taking the majority of the shares. It stops the overnight foreign buyers who disapear two or three years down the line leaving a mess. The rule is a long way from being changed.

A lot of people are hating to admit it but Germany are miles ahead of other nations. I hope their success continue and everyone else learns a little bit from them.
