Why the large drop from 70 points to anyone within 3 seasons for Play off match

hello - it is a bit unfair on those with 20-60 points from matches this year, that they are lumbered in the same catergory as those who have seen 1 match or more in the lst 3 seasons. Surely there could have been 24 hours for those to purchase seats who have actually watched the Albion this season over those who have not bothered, but now want to come for the glory play off game.

This is due to the very short space of time the club has to sell such a large volume of tickets. I have passed your feedback to the ticket office for consideration in future.
