I have a mate who wants to set up a ST on DD. Why is it that you can't do it on the website?!? How difficult could it possibly be?

Maybe the club could answer that one. I can't.

Because a DD mandate needs signing which can't be done online

A Direct Debit can be agreed online. It does not have to be physically signed. However, there is maybe a small issue of a season ticket waiting list.

If he already has a season ticket but wants his paid by MDD instead next season then of course he has to call the club.

Season Tickets have been on general sale since 5pm last Saturday.

It may have something to do with the timing !

Renewals started paying 01 April so the amount will depend upon when they are able to start a DD given normal time scales which are also acceptable to banks. IE anyone wishing to set up a DD now would not see it start until 01 June as now far too late to start on 01 May.

Hope that helps.
